Amy Krieg
Executive Director
Amy Krieg, LCDC serves as the Executive Director for St. Gabriel of OLS Men’s Home. She is also the owner and founder of Gloria Counseling and Wellness, PLLC in Houston, Texas. Amy is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 28 years’ experience treating adults and adolescents with substance use and mental health disorders in Houston and surrounding areas.
Amy is a devoted Catholic and teaches Catholic Catechism Education and Sacraments to children.
Through her counseling vocation she has seen how addiction tears away at the very fiber and core of those who struggle to break free from its grips. The devastating effects are felt mentally, physically and spiritually. Amy wholeheartedly believes in the healing that comes through the hand of Jesus and through the Sacraments. She is passionate about helping those who are marginalized, underserved and beginning their recovery journeys.
Jim Coppedge
Director
Jim Coppedge serves as Board of Director Chair for the St. Gabriel of OLS Men’s Home, non-profit charity. Jim is a securities lawyer by training. He is an Asset Manager specializing in Values-based Portfolios and currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Crossmark Global Investments.
Jim is an active participant in the financial services community and the Catholic community. Jim and his wife reside in El Campo, Texas and have three adult daughters.


Jennifer Nguyen
Board Secretary
Jennifer Nguyen serves as St Gabriel of OLS Men’s Home Board Secretary. She and her husband have two grown children and reside in Sugar Land. Jennifer’s professional background includes 20 years’ experience working as a Pipeline accounting & Regulatory analyst for Energy Transfer.
She has a passion for the underserved homeless in our area and has a dream of serving them by communicating the love of Jesus to them in the coming years. In her own words she says, “I want people to know Jesus. I believe once a person encounters Jesus it will bring transformation to their lives.” Jennifer is a devout, life-long Catholic who serves at St Theresa Church as a Lecturer and Sacristan. She has been a member of The Cursillo Movement since May 2012 and has the true heart of an intercessor.
ADVISORY MEMBERS
Fr. David Angelino
Advisory Board Member
Father David Angelino is an advisor and supporter of St. Gabriel of OLS Men’s Home. Since June 2019, he has been Pastor of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugar Land, Texas. Ordained in 2015, he previously served as Parochial Vicar at Saint Jerome parish and taught at UST School of Theology in Houston.
He is well-versed in English, Latin, Italian, and Spanish (among others, to a lesser degree), he also enjoys health and fitness (CrossFit), reading, and painting.
Rebecca Freeman
Advisory Board Member
Rebecca Freeman is an Advisor and Supporter of the as St Gabriel of OLS Men’s Home. Born and raised in Texas, Rebecca grew up on a farm in Harlingen Texas. After obtaining a degree majoring in Biology & Chemistry, she worked in the medical field in the Stat Lab for Dr. DeBakey’s open heart surgeries. Afterwards, Rebecca and her husband started an X-Ray Sales and Service company and began their family. They have 5 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Rebecca is currently employed as a receptionist at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugar Land.
Working at St. Theresa, Rebecca has had the opportunity to speak with many people who find themselves in difficult life situations. However, having had firsthand experience with family members who suffer from addiction has deepened her desire to make a difference in their lives. Rebecca is passionate about being part of a solution to offer those suffering from addiction a healthy lifestyle, to help break these chains that keep them in bondage thus providing hope, joy, and increased self-worth.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exercise and cooking. Sundays are spent with family and children & grandchildren over for brunch.
